Delivery Policy
Purchasers will receive an email receipt within 24 hours from registering for a APTAnj.org event or purchasing a product. This email receipt may be used as your claim check for your registration package when you check in at the conference. Products will be shipped within 72 business hours when in stock.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
- APTAnj.org reserves the right to cancel events, in which case all monies paid will be reimbursed
- If for any reason you must cancel your registration to an event, your written request to WebMaster@APTAnj.org must be received on or before the published deadline to receive a refund. A 20% handling charge will be assessed for written cancellations. No refunds will be issued after the published deadline.
- If for any reason you must return a product, return it to the address below to receive a refund. A 20% handling charge will be assessed for any product returns.
- All refunds will be issued after the completion of the conference/event or receipt of the returned product.
