- Continuing Education (CE) Credits qualify for consideration by the New Jersey State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners / Provider #APTA-NJ2009.
- Professional Development Hours (i.e. "contact hours") qualify for consideration by the NJ Dept. of Education/ Provider #1827.
- Participants seeking CE credits must sign in at the beginning and again at the conclusion of the program in order to document attendance. APTAnj may distribute a Certificate of Attendance at the conclusion of the program OR mail one approximately 3 weeks after the program to participants who have documented attendance.
- Course Content is not intended for use outside the scope of the learner's license or regulation. Clinical continuing education should not be taken by individuals who are not licensed or otherwise regulated except as they are involved in a specific plan of care.
- Fees and Cancellation Policy: APTAnj reserves the right to cancel an educational program. In the event of a cancellation by APTAnj, the registration fee will be refunded in full. If a registrant cancels within 7 days of the program date, a $25 administrative fee will be retained. A full refund will be given if written notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior to the program date. No refunds for no-shows.
- Driving directions are included on the Registration Confirmation for those who pre-register. Directions to the Conference Center at Mercer can also be found at www.mccc.edu
- On site registration is permitted, however seating is limited for all programs and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration and attendance at or participation in APTAnj meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant or attendee to APTAnj's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image and/or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
