The American Physical Therapy Association of New Jersey (APTAnj) would like to acknowledge those members who have made valuable contributions to the profession of Physical Therapy, their community, and the Association.
Nominating a special colleague or mentor for an APTAnj Award provides you with a great opportunity to celebrate those who set an example for the high standards of professionalism that are encouraged by this Association and are so deserving of this statewide recognition.
APTAnj is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year! Please join us as we celebrate this milestone by presenting awards at the APTAnj 2011 Spring Chapter Meeting, which will be held at CentraState Conference Center in Freehold, New Jersey on Saturday, April 9, 2011.
GUIDELINES to NOMINATE:
- Any member of the APTAnj (including student members) may nominate an individual for any of these awards: Community Service Award, James Tucker Excellence in Clinical Practice & Teaching Award, Outstanding Service Award, and Robert Ransky Legislative Achievement Award.
- Nominations shall be submitted in writing using the guidelines as published with each award description.
- It is recommended that nominations include brief, current curriculum vitae.
- All nominations must be submitted to the APTAnj office by February 28, 2011.
