Purpose:
The purpose of this award is to honor members of the APTAnj whose contributions to the community have been exceptional. By so contributing, these members have enhanced the image of physical therapy.
Eligibility:
- The nominee must be a member of the APTAnj.
- Association employees or members of the Council of Directors shall NOT be eligible during their respective periods or terms of office.
Criteria:
- The nominee shall have been in practice at least 5 yrs.
- The nominee shall have significantly contributed to the betterment of the community.
A support statement documenting the contributions that the nominee has made to the community and the significant value that they have had; relationships of this "ambassadorship" to the image of physical therapy is requested. |
